Hi Candi, the liquid from juicing the lemons and the added volume from the sugar and ice brings it up to a gallon, Or 16 cups. Hope this helps 🙂

Fine! Just following the instructions for your pressure cooker.. If its an instapot you'd want to brown the beef first. Searing it will give it some good flavour. Then pressure cook for 30mins and do a natural release. Stovetop PC would be less, although I am less familiar with them!

This recipe has become part of our regular rotation! So easy and so good! We generally just skewer it with pineapple and red onion and serve a veggie side. I love the fact that it is easy enough for everyday but looks fancy enough for company.
