Mix all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl - no particular order!
Divide into 12 equal portions (about ¼ cup each) These cookies DO NOT spread while baking so shape them how you want them to look.
Bake in a preheated oven set to 350°F for approximately 16 minutes. Let them cool for at least 10 minutes on the baking sheet and then transfer to a cookie rack for another 10 minutes to cool further.
Store in a container in the refrigerator for up to a week! (If they last that long)
