Preheat your oven to 400 Degrees Fharenheit. Line a baking sheet with aluminium foil or parchment papaer. If you have a convection oven (Fan) place a wire rack over the lined sheet. This will allow the air to circulate around the meatballs and you wont have to turn them over half way through baking.
Mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl. Form the meat into 1½ inch balls. (medium sized cookie scoop) Placce the balls on your prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through. If you are using a conventional oven (no fan) you can turn the meat balls over halfway through cooking.
To Freeze: Allow to cool down and then you can pop them in the freezer while still on the tray and then once frozen, place them in a Ziploc freezer bag or other freezer container. If you don't have room for the baking sheet in your freezer you can let them cool down on the baking sheet and then put them directly into your bag or container and freeze them. With this method it is more likely the meatballs will stick together but they do easily break apart from one another so its really no big deal!
