Instructions
Preparation
See notes for precooking or cutting potatoes and corn to smaller pieces. Its important to either cut your corn and potatoes small or partially cook them before adding to the foil if you want them to be finished at the same time as the shrimp.
Slice meat on an angle into coins. Peel, Devein and wash the shrimp. Remove the tail.
Combine
In a large Bowl: Toss the corn, sausage, potatoes and shrimp into a large bowl with the oil and seasonings.
Lay out 4 pieces of Heavy duty aluminium foil that is 12 inches in length.
Divide ingredients evenly onto sheets of foil. Place in the center of each piece.
Bring the foil together by joining the length sides together first. folding to seal and then rolling in and folding the sides to the center.
If cooking in an oven or pellet grill, place on a baking sheet and cook to allotted time.

Notes
How to ensure corn and potatoes are fully cooked in foil packets:
There are three options to make sure your corn and potatoes cook as fast as the rest of your ingredients.
PreCook
Cut very small - Cut the potatoes into half-inch cubes and cut the corn off of the cob so that you are cooking just the niblets and not the actual cob.
Use Cubed Frozen Hashbrowns and Canned or Frozen Corn
Frozen corn on the cob works for this as its already partially cooked. Cut cob into 2 inch pieces (as pictured)
Precook
If you want to precook your corn and potatoes you can do so by boiling them together for 10 minutes or by microwaving them for 2 minutes. To Microwave Corn on the Cob leave it in its husk and microwave for 2 minutes. Then cut off the bottom of the stem end and slide the corn out of the husk.To microwave potatoes, leave whole and microwave for 2 minutes. Please note that every microwave is vastly different because they all have different power levels and this affects cook time! In this step, we aren't trying to cook the corn and potatoes completely through, but enough so that they are nearly cooked.
