Instructions
In a large Dutch oven, add the oil to coat the pot. Doing this will create a non-stick surface. Add the ground beef and Brown the Meat. While it's browning use a spoon or spatula to break apart the beef into small pieces. If you have a lot of fat in the pot, drain it off.
Add in the diced onion, sliced mushrooms and minced garlic. Cook for a couple of minutes until tender. (placing a lid on the pot during this satge will expedite the process)
Add in the Spices (Chili Powder, Ground Cumin, Sugar, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Cayenne Powder, Salt and Pepper)
Add In Tomato Paste, Tomato Sauce, Tomatoes, Beans and Corn.
