¼Cup Unsweetened Shredded CoconutSweetened works too, the bars will just be a bit sweeter!
¼ CupMini Chocolate ChipsRegular size works just fine
¼Cup AlmondsAny nut works well. If you have small kids eating these, chop the nuts first
Instructions
In a microwavable bowl add the marshmallows and butter. Melt in 30 second increments, stirring in between, until melted. This takes about 2 minutes in total.
Add in the brown sugar, cinnamon, salt and vanilla. Stir.
Now add the rest of the ingredients. Oats, Cereal, Coconut, Chocolate Chips and Nuts. Fold until everything is evenly Coated.
For Thick Bars, press into a greased 8x8" pan. For a thinner size, press into a greased 9x 13" pan.
Cover with saran wrap. Chill in fridge for 30 minutes or until you get around to finishing these. De pan by running your knife along the perimeter of the pan and then flipping the pan over a cutting board. Cut into desired size with a sharp chefs knife. Enjoy 😋
