All you need for Classic Cabbage Coleslaw:
- Green Cabbage
- Red Cabbage
- Carrots
- Mayonnaise
- Apple Cider Vinegar
- Celery Salt
- Pepper

Classic Coleslaw
Ingredients
- 2-3 Cups Red Cabbage
- 2-3 Cups Green Cabbage
- 2 Large Carrots
Dressing
- ½ Cup Real Mayonnaise
- 1½ tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar Or White Vinegar
- 2 teaspoon White Granulated Sugar
- ½ teaspoon Celery Salt
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Either grate the coleslaw using a cheese grater or cut into thin ribbons using a sharp knife. I prefer the knife method.
- Wash and Peel the carrots and then grate them.
- Whisk all of the salad dressing ingredients in a bowl and pour over the cabbage and carrots. Stir to combine.
- Keeps in the fridge for up to 5 days
