It's the holidays and you want to serve an elevated drink to your guests (or yourself) but not spend the whole day making it. I get it. Try this easy and delicious Cranberry Mimosa.
Ingredients
- Cranberry Juice
- Champagne
- Fresh or Frozen Cranberries
- Lime Wedges
Say hello to the Christmas Cranberry Mimosa. You can drink it year round though - I won't judge!
The tartness of the cranberry juice pairs perfectly with the sparkling bubbles. If you use frozen cranberries they make the perfect ice cube. These are the cranberries I like to have on hand.
How to make the best Cranberry Mimosas
Use cold ingredients. Make sure both your cranberry juice and champagne are chilled. You'll be enjoying these easy cranberry mimosas as soon as you make them so start with cold ingredients!
Optional: Garnish the rims. If I am looking to sweeten things up then I add course sanding sugar to the rim of each glass. It’s perfect to sprinkle on baked goods, so I usually have some in the pantry. Just add a little water around the rim of the glass then dip in sugar. I buy my course sugar from Bulk Barn you can find it here.
